Privacy paperwork
BAA — enterprise plans only
Stated plainly: ElevenLabs offers a Business Associate Agreement on its enterprise tier only. On a standard individual plan you will not get a signed BAA. If your privacy assessment requires one, ElevenLabs may not be the right transcription vendor for your practice at solo scale — Deepgram (BAA on request) or a maximum-compliance AWS path may suit better. Confirm the current terms directly with ElevenLabs.
Not legal advice — see the Compliance Centre. Whether a vendor's terms meet your obligations under PIPEDA and your provincial health-privacy law is a decision for you and your privacy advisor.
